Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial
While I was in Oklahoma I stopped by the bombing site and was amazed to see what they had done with it. This site was a perfect tribute to the people that lost their lives in the bombing. It was right in the middle of the city yet so peacefull and nice. Heres a few shots I took.
Wall outside the memorial

9:03 represents the time when the bomb went off

The sunset made for a fitting end to my 3 hour tour

National Championship
I was honored and delighted to be able to qualify and play in the United States Public Links Championship in Norman, Oklahoma last week. Oklahoma was very interesting to say the least, alot different from Vermont. It was 100+ degrees everyday and I had to play 5 hours of golf in it four days in a row. I played fairly well and made it to the top 64 for match play but lost in my first match. Oklahoma University campus is where the golf course was located and I managed to grab a few shots.

"If your not first, your last"
Well we had an epic week of golf at the Vermont Amatuer Championships...Green Mountain National Golf Course took home the 100 year old McCullough Cup, which is a team event where five players from each course compete for a team score...we shot 295-303!! Our first time ever winning the cup!!
Individually Green Mt. National had the Winner in Brian Albertazzi and the second place finisher.....ME!! It was a great week all together and we had a blast.
Here is a shot of Brian and caddy Mike Day in the second round after I was finished with my round.

Headed Over to do a commercial shoot today with Townline Equipment in New Hampshire, then gotta pack the bags again to go to Oklahoma for the US Public Links Championship.
